Liane’s expertise is hugely impressive, and she is a very positive person driven to make a difference. High-profile projects with senior stakeholders can be tough and can have conflicts. Liane helped me manage these conflicts with lots of ease and dignity…and I came out stronger.

Without a doubt, Liane has made a big impact on me. She worked with me to boost my confidence and to help me look at things in a different way, focusing on what I could do and what skills I did have, rather than where the gaps might have been in my experience. She helped me change my mindset so that I thought in terms of things I couldn't do "yet" and how I could adapt my existing skills. I also worked with her to look at feedback and how I could take learnings from that to improve how I came across, as well as working together on my negotiating skills. Now I'm really happy, have a good work/life balance and am feeling much more confident about the future.

I have so much energy from yesterday, its amazing. I really hope the others feel even half of what I feel, as that would be wonderful. I am so tired from it but still feel really pumped about work, which is not always how I feel!! Its great. It is also really making a tangible difference in how I interact with the team on calls, so I am super happy with that!
