Liane Chandler ACC

Founder, MD and Lead Coach

As a Leadership, Executive and Team Coach, Trainer and Facilitator, certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I am passionate about helping people achieve their full potential personally and professionally. I coach leaders, future leaders, managers and their teams to be more positive and effective, bringing my own leadership experience to support them through growth, change and challenge

I coach across all levels of seniority and subject matters, with a special interest in leadership (of teams and companies), career/personal development for future leaders, and women’s professional development. I also have extensive experience of coach training and helping companies embed a coaching culture in their business.
My 30-year career in Consumer Insights has been built on communicating with and developing individuals and teams, from new grads to CEOs and everything in between… and sometimes in extraordinary circumstances. So, whether I’m coaching aspiring managers, new managers, future leaders, or a struggling team, I’ve probably been there and will have experienced some of the questions and challenges they’re facing.

As well as being an ICF accredited business and personal coach, I hold an EMCC ( European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Individual Team Coaching Accreditation. I am also an active mentor for WIRe (Women in Research) and a coach for Mind Over Mountains, a mental health charity.

Emma Robinson ACC

Associate Coach

I am an experienced Coach, Trainer and Facilitator. I believe that we are all leaders either by choice or default, and the first key step to becoming a high performer or a successful leader is being aware of ‘how you show up’. This belief has created an exciting variety of clients including C-suite; middle managers; entrepreneurs; leaders of the future; and former elite athletes including Olympians.

My experience spans 15 years in client and non-client facing roles, leading teams for the world’s leading data, insights, and consulting company. I thrived working in this global environment with a diverse range of people, roles, and departments, building connections in a pressurised changing environment.

Using a unique blend of compassion, boldness and humour, I create a safe space without judgment for my clients. This allows simple steps to be taken to produce dramatic and life-changing results, improving confidence, productivity, and well-being.

Natalie Harvey PCC

Associate Coach

I’m an experienced Executive Coach, Leadership Development Professional and Skilled Facilitator, working with leaders and their teams from a range of industry sectors, enabling them to succeed as high performing teams. I also work as a volunteer Education Mentor with the Princes Trust, where I facilitate and support groups of young people as they participate in a range of activities to unlock their potential.

Throughout my 30+ year career in HR and Leadership Development across private-sector global organisations, I have helped multi-cultural, UK centric and remote teams to build their understanding of self and each other, face into their challenges, surface frustrations, overcome limiting beliefs and develop behaviours that have shifted performance, improved their sense of belonging and set them up for sustained success.

I’m a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF (International Coaching Federation), holding an EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Team Coaching Quality Award.  I have a PGC in Career and Talent Management from Kingston University and I’m licensed to utilise a range of psychometric instruments to support an improved understanding of self and others; including Insights Discovery and MBTI.
